Black Cat Inspections was created from the inspiration I received from the multiple black cats I live with. They are constantly on the hunt and observing everything they can, whether it is on the roof or under the house they will be there to find it. I will bring the character traits of our feline friends to the inspection process. Searching the property high and low; hunting for safety hazards, observing the functionality of the systems within, and delivering an honest quality evaluation, in an easy to read report that doesn’t just focus on the bad, but brings out the good in a property as well.
